Here you will find a variety of noodle dishes, including ramen and soba, such as the ever-popular Gomoku Ramen and Seaweed & Salt Ramen; rice dishes such as Katsudon (pork cutlet rice bowl) and hearty rice topped with starchy sauce, and dishes that feature brand-name Yamagata Beef, including steak rice bowls and curry. You can also enjoy a delicious Kawazakura lunch in a spacious setting overlooking the Sagae River.

At this café you can enjoy select coffee and sweets made with Yamagata-grown cherries that you can’t find anywhere else, and as the café’s name implies, we hope to become a favorite destination for our customers. Right by chouchou is Cherryland Sagae’s famous stand-and-eat soba and udon noodle area, where you can eat not only during café time but also when you’re in the mood for a meal.
